Where and when?

The majority of festival classes take place over several weekends in March at venues in and around Worcester.

A long history...

The Festival has been running since 1951. Many previous young competitors now return as teachers or parents!

Bursaries

We do not believe any talented performer should miss out on competing at the festival because of financial concerns. Please contact us to discuss how we may be able to help in cases of genuine financial hardshop.

The Friendly Festival

We welcome anyone, of any age, from anywhere, who wants to take part! Whether it is your first festival experience or you are a seasoned veteran, we would love to see and hear you perform.

Continuous improvement

Just like our competitors, we want the festival to be the very best it can be. Though we have a long history, we want to move with the times. Please let us have constructive feedback so we can improve the festival experience for everyone.

Sponsorship

The Festival is a registered charity and we cannot survive without sponsorship and donations. Whether is advertising in the programme or sponsoring a whole class, we have opportunities for everyone. Please click here to contact us and for more information.

Just for kids?

Absolutely not! Our music classes are mostly grouped by ability and our open classes attract expert performers of many ages.

Volunteering

Everyone involved in running the festival is a volunteer. We welcome anyone who would like to lend a hand. Please contact us for more information.

Prizes

Medals and trophies are awarded to the winners of competitive classes and winners may also be invited to perform at the festival concert.
